The ground floor consists of a large open plan living area with lounge on one side of the open staircase and the dining area and fully equipped kitchen on the other. Kitchen equipment includes a oven/hob, 50/50 fridge/freezer, microwave and washer machine. The lounge is furnished to a very good standard and has a flame effect electric fire and comfortable sofas for up to four guests, a TV with Sky Q & full movie and sports channels, DVD player and a stereo. The first floor has a spacious double bedroom and a twin bedroom and a Shower room. The rear garden as been re-developed and features a new Summer House. Parking is included for one car just 80 yards away (the cost of parking is included in the rental price). The cottage is pet friendly for up to 2 dogs and dogs stay free of charge
