Stoneacre returns to our portfolio under new ownership for the 2023 season. Located on the edge of the village it allows easy access and onsite parking for guests wishing to use it as a base for exploring both Polperro (the harbour is about a 12 minute walk) and Cornwall itself. The closest pub is only a 2 minute walk. Stoneacre is a spacious home with 3 bedrooms and two shower/bath rooms and a further w/c. There is a large kitchen/diner for social meals and a comfortable lounge area with a TV that has Netflix and Free Sat and balcony/seating area overlooking the garden. The outside area includes a garden and a raised decking area with patio furniture for al-fresco meals and enjoying and soaking up the Cornish sunshine. The house has parking on site for up to 2 cars and includes wi-fi. Pet owners are able to bring up to 2 dogs free of charge. Towels are provided for your convenience.
