Located in the traffic free 'Warren' it hangs on the harbour wall and the rear kitchen stable door opens directly on to the slip - here you will find a bench to sit on and catch the sun with this south facing cottage its perfect for sun lovers. The configuration and layout make Slipway perfect for families and friends alike, but please bear in mind there is a spiral staircase in the cottage so this may make it unsuitable for the infirm and toddlers. A beamed lounge with vaulted ceiling, open fire and "Juliet balcony" (patio doors open inwards giving an impression of a balcony) overlooking the harbour are one of the many features of this character cottage which is a popular choice all year round. The kitchen facilities include oven/hob, fridge with ice compartment, microwave and washing machine. Electric, broadband, Bed linen, household towels & parking are included. The parking provided is in a private car park, which is a 3 minute flat walk away.
