Haven Cottage is a beautifully restored Fisherman's Cottage. Located on the edge of the harbour wall of the historic fishing village of Polperro it sleeps up to 4 guests in two double bedrooms which both have superb views into the picturesque harbour. One of the double bedrooms also has a put up single bed (2'6" wide) that can be requested if this is a more suitable sleeping arrangement for your party. Please note the cottage only sleeps 4. The lounge /diner also boasts lovely views into the harbour, and a feature fire place with a working log burner, there is a shower room and separate cloakroom. The fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven & hob and fridge with a small freezer compartment. There is also a washing machine for your laundry needs. Presented and furnished to a very high standard this cottage will appeal particularly to couples and friends wanting something 'special' as a base for their time in Cornwall. Pet Friendly, allowing 1 dog only. Parking is provided in a private car park about a 5-7 minute walk away (partially up a gradient). Please note the following head heights in the cottage:- there are 4 steps from the lounge to the kitchen and at the lowest point the headroom is 1.42 metres. The headroom in the kitchen area to the lowest point of the beamed ceiling is 1.79 metres. Layout: 8 steps to Front door: Entry Lobby : Door to Lounge/Diner: 3 steps up to Kitchen: Stairs to Landing with Shower room/Cloakroom and 3 steps down to Double Bedroom and further stairs up to another Double Bedroom.
