The picturesque Polperro harbour is just a few yards from your front door. The cottage boasts a lovely open plan living area with comfortable lounge, a dining table and chairs and well equipped and superbly presented kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes an oven/hob, 50/50 fridge/freezer, microwave and a washer/drier is located in the under cottage utility room. All the utensils you need to self cater are provided and there is a lovely 'butlers sink'. For dining a foldaway table and chairs is supplied for 4 guests. The cottage has many lovely features including hand picked antique and contemporary furniture, stylish decor and soft furnishings and benefits from central heating to radiators. A lovely shower room completes the package which is ideal for couples and families wanting a special base for their Polperro holiday. Reserved Parking is included in a car park a 9 minute flat walk away.

There is a utility room underneath the property accessed by separate entrance at the bottom of the steps, this houses the washing machine and tumble drier and the electric boiler for the central heating.
