Ginny's Cottage joined us for the 2023 season and the new owners have created a lovely holiday home. Located in the heart of the village this 3 storey 2 bedroom/2 bathroom cottage offers family and friends a very comfortable and stylish base from which to enjoy and explore Polperro. Just a 2 minute walk from the harbour and with a wide range of amenities including pubs, restaurants, eateries and shops within a short stroll Ginny's is sure to prove a popular choice as it enters the letting market for the first time. The bedrooms are a SuperKing double which can convert to two single beds and a King double making Ginny's suitable for friends, couples and families. Both bedrooms have wall mounted TV's. There are two shower/bathrooms one with walk in shower and another with a bath with shower over (note the shower over bath is not suitable for taller guests). The kitchen/diner is well equipped with single oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and the utensils you need to self cater. The lounge features a log burner and a 43 inch SMART TV. There is a small outside seating area with a bistro set for two. A permit is provided to use the main Polperro Car Park, towels are provided as is wi-fi and up to two dogs can stay free of charge. Please note the cottage is not suitable for children under the age of 4 years. There is a 5ft 10in head height on the landing area and up the stair wells, tall guests please take note.

Layout - Ground floor -Entry via Front Door to: Open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, Stairs to First Floor: Superking double (can convert into a twin) bedroom. Bathroom with bath with shower over. This floor has a 5'10 head height. Stairs to Second Floor: Kingsize double bedroom, Shower room. with doors off to Twin Bedroom and Double Bedroom. A pre-paid parking permit is provided for use in the public car park (approx 8-10 mins walk).
