You book online in the normal way but when you get to the payment options you simply opt for cheque payment, then you must email us to hold it for you.

Yes, all properties will be freshly cleaned and laundered with beds made up for your arrival.

Cots and High Chairs are available free of charge at nearly all of our properties, if a property is unsuitable for infants this will be explained in the property details. Please note linen is not supplied for cots.

If you wish to bring your pet please use the Search Filters to search for Pet Friendly cottages. Most Pet Friendly cottages will accept 2 dogs and there is no charge for bringing your pet.

Parking is not a problem in Looe or Polperro, there are large public pay and display car parks in both and they provide ample parking at all times of the year. If your favourite cottage does not offer parking in the package don't worry, allow between £30 and £40 per week per car for parking and remember many of the cottages that include parking offer it at the same public car parks. There are numerous opportunities in Looe to park on-street free of charge, this will be explained on the individual property descriptions where this is applicable. Our Tip: Concentrate on choosing the right cottage for your holiday - you will spend far more time in the cottage than walking to your car.

There is no cleaning charge to pay, however we do ask that you leave the property in a tidy manner when you vacate.

Yes all of the properties are equipped with TV's and the vast majority also have DVD players. Please check the individual property description for a full list of the entertainment equipment provided.

All of our properties are maintained by local house mangers or management companies and any issues that may occur will be dealt with swiftly and efficiently. You will have a contact number in your arrival pack and in the property itself for you to speak to them if you need to.
