Barfleur House is a completely refurbished 3 bedroom property located very close to Polperro harbour. The house is set over 3 floors has 2 bath/shower rooms and also has an attractive outside seating area to take in the full atmosphere of this picturesque working fishing harbour. 13 steps take you to the front door (note: door width is 20 inches, a standard door is 30 inches), entry is via a porch into a very comfortable lounge with log burner and feature wooden mantlepiece. A further door to a large kitchen/diner, the kitchen is well equipped for self catering and includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, a 60/40 fridge/freezer and a washing machine. There is seating for 6 guests in the dining area. A rear door off the kitchen leads out to steps up (18 steps with a minimum width of 19 inches) to the outside seating area which features table and chairs and two sun loungers. The first floor has two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, there is also a shower room with toilet on the first floor. The second floor is a second lounge with feature beamed vaulted ceiling, please note there are varying head heights due to the sloping ceiling but the main space is suitable for all. There is also a bathroom with corner bath and toilet on the second floor. Parking for one car is included (a permit for the main Polperro Car Park), the house also offers wi-fi and is pet friendly and up to 2 dogs can stay free of charge. Heating throughout is via electric panel heaters (heated towel rails in the bathrooms). Logs for the log burner are not supplied but can be purchased locally

Note this floor has a vaulted ceiling so the head heights vary throughout the room. The head height in the main walk way areas is suitable for all.
Parking is included in the price with a pre-paid permit for the main car park a 8-10 minute walk away, the house also offers wi-fi and is pet friendly and up to 2 dogs can stay free of charge.
